Debating for the affirmative were the ANZ's CEO Mike Smith and Twitter Australia CEO Karen Stocks.
Arguing the negative were Andrew Grill from IBM and Heidi Mason from Russell Reynolds.
The Debate was held at ANZ's corporate Headquarters at 833 Collins Street.

Andrew participated in an ANZ Bank BlueNotes debate: “Is social media killing the powerful business hierarchy?”

Arguing the affirmative was ANZ’s former CEO, Mike Smith (@mikesmith_anz) alongside former Twitter Australia CEO Karen Stocks (@KazStocks).

Tackling the negative was Andrew Grill, former Global Managing partner IBM Social and Heidi Mason, top recruiter of the powerful business hierarchy in her position as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry.
